23/10/2020: We have had a great start to the academic year and it is wonderful to have had the school busy and buzzing again with children learning this half term.

It is essential that we continue to work together to maintain high levels of vigilance with regards to social distancing at drop-off and collection times, personal hygiene and good respiratory hygiene. This will be particularly important as we move into the winter months ahead.

Our harvest celebration films can be found in the Harvest 2020 tab above – we hope you enjoy them!

From everyone here at Wooler First School we wish you all an enjoyable and restful half term.

Keep safe

We are working to improve the arts within our school. These pictures show a fantastic collaboration between our year 1 & 2 children with year 7 & 8s from Glendale Middle School. This was in partnership with Woodhorn Museum and will continue over for three years. The children worked alongside artists Amy Lorde and Judith Davies to create a live art installation piece within our woodland area. All children across both school took part in a fantastic Arts day in July 2019.
